Thelma is a gifted communicator who uses storytelling to inspire and teach people through her work as an Author, Speaker and Playwright. Growing up in Southern Africa, storytelling was deeply ingrained in her culture. She grew to love the art of crafting stories to convey thought provoking insights in a fresh, humorous and engaging way. Her curious and inquisitive nature fuels her passion as a lifelong learner and allows her to deeply connect with people from all walks of life, and add value to them.

Thelma also works with Businesses, Government, Communities and Not for Profit organizations across diverse projects that drive strategic change. She is a Certified Change Practitioner and holds a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University, Australia.

Thelma lives in Australia and enjoys traveling around the world and connecting with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.
